Hello! My name is Ian Huxham and together with my team at New Horizon Catering we are pleased to offer you our menus of fresh, honest home made food. Spit Roasts
One of our specialities is Spit Braai's (spit roasts). Succulent, high quality pork, lamb, beef or chicken is prepared and cooked on site. This gourmet experience is just part of the event. We have catered for many different types of events including weddings, birthdays, reunions and business events.
Our custom made Spit Roast machines are imported from South Africa and recreate the succulent tastes of home cooked roast, but bigger and better. The meat is infused with light seasoning and served from a hot wok. A gourmet meal or just a roll in a serviette, it is your choice.
At New Horizon Catering we not only supply the food for your event but also the required number of professional, friendly and accommodating staff to prepare and serve the meal. We work hard to ensure the success of each and every event, whether hog roast or wedding breakfast, the same attention to detail is assured.
