Very friendly and personal service from Keith who runs this business. Have been taking my Car's here for some time now. Work always carried out to a very high Standard and very fairly priced. Keith always takes the time for his customers and Go's "above and beyond" for you. Finding a fair and Honest place to take your Car isn't always easy these days, so I can't recommend K-Tech enough to friends and Family.
They offer a friendly but professional service, with good/fair charges. Total confidence in what they do & always at the end of the phone for any advice (ie. broke down on the M3 one morning & after the AA initially having a look, got them to tow me straight to K-Tech, where the problem was sorted out in no time). What more could you ask for? Being female, you're always wary of garages, but have absolute faith in K-Tech & would recommend them to anyone.

I've always had nothing but excellent service from this garage. They are really helpful, accommodating and extremely honest. They quite often keep the old or damaged parts and show you them, and explain what has gone wrong, and why. I find this a nice touch, as you feel satisfied that the repairs carried out were genuinely required.I'd certainly recommend them to anyone.
After moving to Basingstoke my wife and I were worried that we wouldn't be able to find a decent car mechanic in the area.We opted for K-Tech as we spotted their advert and have been very happy with our choice.Since then we have recieved nothing but excellent service from Keith and his team, they're great value for money, very thorough, and take the time to explain things rather then confuse me with car-mechanic-speak. K-Tech have even managed to fix our long running air-con issues, whereas previous garages had replaced all manner of pipes and tubes all to no avail (but to much cost!)All in all, K-Tech have been great and I can't recommend these guys enough.

Keith easily sorted an issue with my car which other volvo specialists said was a problem and was going to cost me a lot of money. Good service and good to talk with the mechanic who has actually worked on your car, so now I am a regular customer.
I have been so impressed with the service offered by k-tech, whenever I have had any issues with my car and/ or it needed servicing Keith has gone out of his way to accomodate me, often at exceptionally short notice. It is not often you find a mechanic who you truly trust but Keith is that man.

Excellent service. Collected my car from my house, repaired it and returned same day. Cost much less than my previous service. Very happy to use and have used no other car repair service since using. The larger companies in the area seemed to only offer a half service, everyone wanted my exhaust and tyre jobs, but nobody wanted the electrics. K-Tech sorted everything.

His knowledge of Volvo cars is second to none and when I have recommended my non Volvo friends they in turn have found his knowledge and expertise wonderful.If you are looking for an honest trustworthy apprasisal of you car regarding repairs or servicing, K-Teck is the ONLY place I'd recommend you go to. Keith at K-Tech in Basingstoke is friendly, knowledgeable and charges very reasonably. He services all makes but specialises in Volvos.After having work done by him, I am glad to have found a mechanic that I trust. I also wanted somewhere I could walk around under my 10 year old V70 on the lift myself as I have some car knowledge. Keith spent an hour with me at his own cost when I first visited him for work I knew I needed. He took me all round the car and showed me whether the car exhibited the usual problems that come up on that particular model.When I went ahead and had the car serviced and work done, he had ordered all the OE parts in well ahead and completed all work in the time he said he would. I now always use him for both family cars.

Keith strives to fit me in quickly if my car needs seeing to as he understands how important it is I have my car. I like that he collects and returns my car too so I can stay in the comfort of my own home with my baby.
