Robert Hylton at Healthy Business based in Basingstoke, specialises in health and rehabilitation through exercise and education. Robert has worked in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years, managing all areas of health and fitness and sports therapy whilst actively running a personal training and weight management company.

Robert has worked in Basingstoke, throughout North Hants and beyond coaching athletes from weight lifters to world ranking tennis players being responsible for training programmes, nutrition and wellbeing. Over the past 10 years, Roberts focus has been more on community health, rehabilitation, education and preventative healing through exercise and as a sports therapist working closely with physiotherapists and GPs in Basingstoke and the North Hampshire area.
More recently, Robert has trained as a CranioSacral therapist. CranioSacral Therapy is a non-invasive, client led treatment, so the patient will remain comfortable, in control and able to integrate the changes that occur.
Robert treats health and wellness at both an emotional and physical level and continues to have extremely positive results.
