I am writing to you with heartfelt thanks for the service you and your team provided for my daughter Charlotte last week.

To anyone reading this testimonial, this may seem a bit over the top but I know any woman reading this will understand just how important a woman's hair is to her, as Charlie does, even more so now.

Following the temptation of £200 hair extensions, that in a salon would have been £600, she mistakenly jumped at what she thought was a complete bargain. She had beautiful long glossy hair of her own but was caught up in the trend of friends looking for longer and thicker locks.

Two months ago she went to a ladies house and had the extensions bonded into her own hair using very hot glue. After a month, she started to notice matts and her own hair was thinning but told she should keep them for 3-4 months, she persisted. Last week she had them removed and was left with a matted, balding scalp with hair full of old glue bonds.

Charlie, at this point feared having to have her head shaved - even I didn't think it was saveable but you and your team took up the challenge to respond to the real emergency it was to her.

You put your top stylist on the case and Charlie left your salon 2 hours later with sensational looking and feeling hair, true to say 'you worked a miracle' whilst completely filling my daughter with confidence.

I wish Charlie had come to you in the first place, in the long term it would have been much better value for money and without the glue and baldness.

We are now Halo Hair converts - I will recommend you to everyone I know.
