Louise had always wanted a piano at home, and the children were having lessons at school but were no longer able to practise effectively on the battery-operated toy keyboard. So we knew that we wanted a reasonably-priced, good-looking, used piano which we would be able to learn on as a family, but we didn't know where to look until a friend recommended Ben Wheeler Pianos.

Always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, Ben helped us through the whole process. He handled my complete lack of knowledge with diplomacy, spent time in his showroom demonstrating a range of pianos - explaining the features and benefits of each and illustrating the differences in the sound between them, organised the preparation and delivery quickly and without fuss and subsequently visited to carry out the first tuning once it had settled in. The Waldstein now has pride of place in the family room and is a source of great enjoyment for us all. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben to anyone in a similar position. My only regret? That I didn't send off the red ribbon in time for the piano to arrive wrapped up as Louise's birthday present!

Ben is so friendly and really listened to my needs. I bought my first piano from him within my budget. He even recommended a great piano teacher for my son. If you are looking for a piano donʼt go anywhere else.
