Im more than happy to recommend Joe. I had a handful of sessions with him to fix a rotator cuff (shoulder) problem which id had for some time. He gave me an increasingly strenous set of exercises along with massage and manipulation as well as clearly explaining what the problem was and how he was going to fix it - which he did !
