Once my decision had been made to select Aqua Nouveau and the "no electricity required" Kinetico 2020c, I was impressed at how quickly and stress free an installation could take place.

The fitter did a great job under very trying circumstances with the pipework to get both the water softener and separate drinking tap installed exactly where I wanted it. There was no mess and the system started working immediately!

The unit is small and compact and looks great under the kitchen sink. I would thoroughly recommend both the company and the system to anyone who asks (or will listen!).

Now I can look forward to a life with softer water and the many benefits including no more limescale, longer life for my a appliances, less soap/detergents costs and happy in the knowledge that hard water is a thing of the past... unlike many other placed in Basingstoke!
