Duncan Carter from Compass Estate Agents in Basingstoke was one of the finalists in the HW Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Duncan said, “It was great to reach the finals and share ideas with other entrepreneurs. The business is really coming together now; last year I had the opportunity to buy out a company to grow our team and we are now looking into offering franchises to personal agents - we are running trials at the moment. We are also developing an online app to assist with viewings for customers and leverage best practice in the industry.”
