We would like to send our heartfelt thanks to you for the wood you donated to Evelyn May House.

The wood has been fashioned into a snake, which will be covered with different materials and hung on the wall on our dementia floor. This will encourage the resident's sensory perception to be stimulated and encourage active particpation with members of staff.

I have used the store on a number of occasions in the past couple of years and although i am not your best customer (DIY enthusiast) I have always found your staff to be totally professional, helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately these days I believe many insutries have lost the skills to provide a good customer service but your team are definitely an exception to that rule, I work for a large organisation and will continue to compliment your services.
