I have got a big big problem with businesses that dont pick their phones up! I can sort of sympathise to a degree with a company that has a decent answering machine, but especially while we are in a recession a virtual secretary can be a great investment but at a minimal cost. This is to ensure that every phonecall is answered so that you don't miss out on any business.
The reason I am writing this blog entry is that twice today this is happened to me. I have tried to ring a company and both times they haven't picked up yet there is no answering machine, how annoying is that! This now potentially means that they are missing out on customers wanting to use there business because of course these customers will now use another company instead.
