As big supporters of #BuyLocal we were thrilled this month as we thumbed our way through a client's copy of the Which? Magazine, when we reached their feature on ‘Turkey and all the trimmings.'
Having surveyed shoppers back in March about their Christmas food purchases – Which? have reported that Independent shops and butchers came top when it came to the turkey and fresh vegetables.
Both scored 5 stars for quality and taste and 4 stars for value. So although they may cost a little more than the supermarket, it really is best to #BuyLocal. Christmas lunch is the best of the year as far as I’m concerned, so worth that little bit extra!
