We moved into Ulverston Business Centre at the end of March this year and I am pleased to say that the whole process couldn’t have been simpler particularly for a relatively new business moving into it’s first set of premises. From the initial enquiry right through to moving in was straightforward and I found John & Steve to be very accommodating in meeting our requirements and keeping us advised on the last few stages of the construction and upgrading works being undertaken at that time. Since moving in and now that the refurbishment is complete the premises have been fully satisfactory and any routine snagging issues that have arisen have been responded to and dealt with in a professional manner.



Special thanks go to Christine Twigg, the onsite building manager/caretaker, whose dedication and thoughtfulness go way beyond the normal call of duty, always cheerful and ready to give a hand at anything from shifting the furniture to making the tea.



We have found the central location to be ideal with the banks and the Post Office within less than 1 minutes walking distance and ample free street parking within 5 minutes. 24/7 access is an added benefit when extra flexibility is a requirement. Ulverston is a perfect location giving easy access to the whole of the Furness Peninsula whilst remaining closer to the M6 and the Lake District which for our business is a necessity.
