The Mill in Ulverston is a timeless, historic building, lovingly restored with a contemporary feel. Here at The Mill we aim to provide a quality Cumbrian gastro pub that's perfect for drinkers and diners. We have an excellent range of beers and spirits (second to none in South Cumbria), quality food offering and a number of excellent offers running throughout the week and on Sundays. From 1st November the pub is evolving to offer more a more rustic ambiance downstairs with oak and mahogany tables/chairs.

At the Mill we offer great food in both our bar and bistro, with classic dishes cooked from locally sourced ingredients.
Our 45 cover bistro restaurant serves the finest home cooked food in a delightful setting, surrounded by original mill fixtures, finished with cut glass chandeliers and Italian leather furniture.

The Mill at Ulverston is the perfect place in Ulverston to host your event, wedding reception, birthday party, works night out, christening or just a big get together with friends.
Upstairs our restaurant, lounge and roof terrace are all available to book individually or collectively. With its own bar and toilets it's a great self-contained space for any event including conferences and training sessions.

Our Ales
The Mill at Ulverston offers an eclectic array of draught and bottled beers. We always offer eight cask conditioned ales including four from our own brewery, Lancaster Brewery (www.lancasterbrewery.co.uk) and four guest beers sourced from across the UK. Our draught lagers include Budvar, Warsteiner, Kaltenberg and Amstel.
This selection of draught beers in combination with our vast menu of over fifty bottled beers, means that the Mill at Ulverston is the perfect location for genuine beer connoisseurs.
