Run by husband and wife team - Lee and Lisa Barker The Hub @ Review in Barrow in Furness is a vibrant cafe by day and welcoming restaurant by night. Outside catering and parties catered for too.
The Hub is run by Lee Barker who with wife Lisa, a wedding and events co-ordinator would like to provide great food for you to eat whether you are dining at the restaurant, having a takeaway, hosting a small function or a pow-wow lunch, or if you would like to have Lee as your own personal chef!
Originally from Ulverston, Lee moved away to cook gastro dishes in his country pub in Surrey. During his time he has provided banqueting at Oxford University and even cooked for Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button! This unassuming chef is renowned for his chocolate truffles, brownies, and of course the classic dish born in the lakes, Sticky Toffee Pud!
Lee loves nothing more than creating his own menus and cooking with the freshest and most locally sourced food. He is very pleased to have returned to his home town and is looking forward to collaborating with local farmers and suppliers to bring you some fabulous home cooked food.
