As soon as Mr Minhinnick visited my home for the survey I knew this was a company who knew what they were talking about. His quotation was precise and detailed all the work that was to be undertaken and even contained a comprehensive broucher and DVD that explained the advantages of choosing a Worcester Bosch condensing boiler. The installation team were pleasant, courteous, hardworking and very professional. When they finished everything was left clean and tidy. The following day Mr Minhinick called to check that I was happy with the installation and to explain the workings and most efficient way to run my boiler. Gas Water Heating, together with two other local companies were asked in early 2005 to quote for replacement of the central heating boiler and alterations and additions to the radiators.
This was never going to be a straightforward job, the existing system was a one off installed in 1962 and virtually untouched since, much of the pipework ran in narrow gaps under tongued and grooved flooring. Graham impressed from the start with his adaptability to our particular requirements. His quote was not the cheapest but he was given the job because we felt he would bring a flexible approach to whatever unfolded. The work took almost 5 days with many new problems and some drama but Graham, together with Mike and Ross soldiered on and kept reassuring us that all would come right in the end. They worked hard for long periods and yet they were never too tired to tidy up before they went home.
After many gallons of tea and coffee and the odd biscuit they were right and we are extremely pleased with the result. We look forward to a warm and comfortable winter. Thank you.

Gas Water Heating installed a new boiler and moved a radiator. They took two days to finish the job. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves.
