Gas Water Heating recently installed gas central heating in our 220+ years old cottage which has solid ground floors. The installers did an excellent job overcoming our structural difficulties. They were always optimistic in overcoming the problems which were fully discussed for the best solution. They cleaned up after themselves each day so we had our home almost back to normal each day. Graham explained the remote control optimiser to us and said don't hesitate to phone if there were any problems. I was having trouble with my old boiler at my private address. I called Graham in to advise and he recommended a new boiler of a different type. One year on, I am please to report that my gas consumption has reduced by almost 50% (notwithstanding that it covered a period when we had one of the worst Winters for a while, as you will all remember!). This has led to a direct annual saving of over £200.00 on my Gas bill. Many thanks, Graham. I have no hesitation in recommending Gas Water Heating Limited for anyone who has any issues arising out of their heating requirements.
My little boy love trains and managed to run one under the gas fire which caught on a wire to the ignition which then snapped. Graham was great, he managed to fix it without having to order a new part and it's worked perfectly ever since. Prompt reliable service and not at all expensive.
Graham came round immediately and I had a new boiler fitted within three days of me contacting him. He discussed the options and explained clearly what extras I could add on if I wanted to , explaining very clearly the benefits. He also took me through the controls and set it all up for my indivivual life style. Worcester Boilers may not be the cheapest but I like to buy things that will last. Graham is humourous and aways says good bye twice, he even replaced the washing up bowl that his workmen took away with a new one.
Gas Water Heating Ltd installed my central heating system quickly and efficiently and for which I have commented separately on this site. But along with the free call out service for the heating, they include a free emergency call out service for the rest of the household plumbing. When our water system failed, Graham responded quickly dispatching Andy who resolved the problem with minimum bother. The call out service is a very nice bonus to having chose Gas Water Heating to install our central heating and reassuring to know that help is a call away.
