St Mary's Hospice is an independent, charity that provides specialised medical and nursing care to people from Barrow and Furness and across South Cumbria who are suffering from serious progressive illnesses. The hospice is located in a late Victorian house set in tranquil and beautiful gardens and is funded mainly by the generosity of the community for the community.
