Why So Much Bad Press for the Area ?

I've only been in business for just over 2 months now but I am beginning to think I have put a jinx on Barrow! I can't remember so much adverse national press for the area than there has been in the last few months. The guys at thebestof HO in Solihull are wondering what's going on!

 

First there was Channel 4's "The Secret Millionaire" program with its  infamous portray of Barrow shown in the Spring. Read what happened next as reported in the Telegraph.

Then the other week we had the guy in London who said that M&S was "too posh for Barrow".

Lets start talking positive about the town and the local area and doing our bit to support the local businesses and community instead of letting articles like this hit the headlines in the national press!
