I've used the hotel a number of times and have been delighted by the friendliness and helpfulness of the team.

And it runs right through the organisation.

If you think this is just another chain then go and check it out . . .

The bar staff have been really good and get the balance spot on when it comes to making that great personal connection AND looking after you properly.

There's a guy on reception whose name I wish I knew . . . he's always brilliant.

And Jude is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel.

They really care about their local community and make it a great place for personal or business visits.

I'm looking forward to going back much more :-)

I would recommend The Holiday Inn Bromsgrove because all the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the 'Revive' team. My husband and I enjoy taking park in exercise classes. James, the instructor is very enthusiastic and that rubs off onto all who attend. Highly recommended!!

I loooooovvvveee this hotel! i have stayed various times, mainly for work and it is gorgeous!!! The rooms are the best i have seen in a hotel and the layout of the hotel is just fantastic. Lots of parking and gorgeous food, the chefs are really happy to accomodate funny diets to (like mine!!) def recommend!

This hotel is fantastic, I love the style of the hotel and the whole spanish style is appealing. I had my wedding party at the hotel and it was first class. The rooms and the facilities are second to none. Plus I agree with Ian, the hot chocolates are great!

Nice hotel in a good location and with lots of parking. I have had many business meetings at the hotel. There is internet access in the coffee area and I really enjoy the hot chocolate.
