We arrived back from holiday on a freezing evening and found the central heating boiler would not start. A call to MW Heating brought a response and warmth within three hours of the call. We decided that the 20year (plus) year old boiler was past its sell by date. We then sought quotes, by far the most proffessionally presented and competetive quote was from MW Heating.The quote was accepted.
The MW Heating crew duly arrived on time and proceeded in a most business like manner and we soon had a brand new boiler commissioned and operating.

Mark spent considerable time with us explaining the options and work involved in a proposed boiler upgrade, after which he provided a very competitive quote. The engineers arrived as promised despite overnight snow, and protected all floor coverings prior to commencement of work. The job was completed by mid-afternoon and the house left clean and tidy. Operation of the boiler and all controls was explained in detail and all documention completed and left with us. Very impressed with all aspects of the job and the ease with which all elements were completed. A great service at a great price.

When our boiler broke in the recent cold weather it was panic stations. We called MW Heating and they had an engineer round ASAP. A first class service, they had us up and running again with the minimum of fuss. They kept our house from freezing up and the work was of high standards with no mess! Highly recommended.

After living with heating problems for some time, we eventually decided that the old boiler had to go. We decided to go with MW Heating because we felt their quote was a fair price and they were able to do the work quickly. They said they would be with us at 8am and there were. Mark and his team arrived as promised at 8am, they removed our existing heating system and carried out a full heating system installation to our 3 story town house. They had cleaned up and left by 5pm. We have just had our old tank boiler system replaced with a combi boiler system by MW Heating. I was stunned at the fast response we had from them after requesting a quote for the work. Within 2 days of our initial e-mail request, a survey had been carried out and a full method statement with quote had landed on our doormat, backed up with an e-mail.
A week later we decided to accept the quote, as no other company in the area had even got back to us. Half a week later, the boiler had been installed, less than 2 weeks after our initial e-mail! The team completely replaced the old system with a fully functional new system in a matter of 7.5 hours, which included a relocation of the boiler, gas and water pipes; taking all old parts away for disposal or recycling; patching up the areas from where the old system had been removed; cleaning up leaving the house spotless; and then training me how to operate the new system.
I couldn’t have asked for a better service from these guys. The customer service and sales was honest, precise, very fast in response, and communication was excellent. The installation team had a fantastic work ethic and were very professional, vouching to work hard to get the job done so as to cause as little inconvenience to us as possible. They didn’t even stop for a tea break! Their approach to customer care was outstanding. I am highly recommending this company for a first class and hassle-free service.

In June 2008, Mark and his team installed several towel radiators for me on the recommendation of my tiler. Their work was outstanding and their advice very welcome.

He will probably not thank me for saying this, (because he does not generally undertake repairs) but when I subsequentlly had a (very fiddly) problem with my boiler, Mark repaired it for me making time out of his busy schedule the day before his holiday.

Several weeks after that, I had a leak in one of the radiator pipes underneath my (concrete, tiled) kitchen floor. Again, Mark was straight around on a Saturday afternoon to give advice and when we could not identify the precise location of the leak, he came (on the following Saturday morning at 8.30am) to carry out some renewal of pipework (which meant that the kitchen floor remained in tact and virtually all new pipework was hidden)

Mark is 100% reliable, appreciates the importance of customer service (often a rare quality these days), knows his job inside out and superb value for money - I cannot recommend him to you highly enough

Our heating system had reached an age and standard of perfomance that demanded it be retired!. In this day and age finding a reputable tradesman is akin to a game of russian roulette, and I selected a range of numbers from the phone book, one of which was Markʼs. From the moment he arrived to give a quote I began to sense that this was genuine; he assessed what was needed in detail, and explained everything without being patronising. His written quote was detailed, easily understood and competitively priced. Once selected, his team arrived in morning, and worked solidly and proffesionally, without a break, and finished the job by mid afternoon. Mark put in several appearances, and they were all polite and efficient. The result is outstanding and functioning well. It would be easy to overstate just how good they were, and nobody believe this review - but they were that good!

What superb Service. We had a very old system and 2 boilers, we wanted a Combi boiler. When MH made the first visit we got a down-to-earth explanation of what we needed and a choice of boilers along with full explanation of gurantees. On the day they arrived, as promised at 8.30 prompt, they did not stop, everything was covered with protective sheets and by 4pm they had disappeared taking all the rubbish away and making sure everything was a clean as possible. Very impressive service and we have had to use after sales which again is brilliant. We highly recommend this company as the guys working and running the firm are exeptional which is rare these days.

During Spring Holiday week our old boiler finally gave up the ghost. We contacted Mark late on Friday afternoon and within the hour he had arrived and was able to provide us with an emergency supply of hot water for the weekend and quoted for a new system that could be fitted Monday morning.
At 8.00am Monday morning the M.W. team arrived as promised,removed the old system and fitted a new Worcester Bosh system by 3.30 pm !

my boiler completely packed up.........no heating or hot water! A friend recomended mark as he had fitted his central heating a few months earlier [all done and dusted in one day] and was realy happy with the job.A phone call on the wednesday,a visit from Mark on friday and because of our predicament a new worcester boiler fitted the very next day [all done by 2pm].Very professional and a good clean job

Several weeks before Christmas and only a few days away from expecting our second child, our over flow started to pour when our central heating was switched on, leaving us with no hot water.

I called out MW heating as they were recommended to us and Mark promptly came out to visit. It was soon discovered that it was not our heating causing the problem but our mixer shower!

Mark very kindly gave some advice about how to resolve the problem and even took the time to call me back that very evening with further information.

Taking Marks advice we have now lotʼs of hot water and the over flow is no longer pouring. Which was well timed for the safe arrival our second son.

Had my new boiler fitted 2nd of november. Mark and his team did a excellent job . Mark gave a prompt and clear quote which was carried out to the letter with his team being most polite and efficent.
