As others have said MW Heating provided a great service and were pleasant people to deal with. Prompt,efficient and reliable. All these are critical when selecting a tradesman. We had a full central heating system install with 11 radiators & the large Worcester Bosch boiler-Mark provided education when challenging us on our requirements(all of which we agreed with) and are greatfull for now. Mark worked with our timescales as we renovated the house-fitting around our various stages. Some small additional work was undertaken with ease and no high charges. A great install with which has over the winter kept the house at an even temperature. I know who will be undertaking the service and any changes/modification in the future! When obtaining quotes Mark was pleasant and jolly and provided honest advice whereas others were either forcing "the best price today"(which they were not) or not really interested in quoting (constantly late/delaying appointments) Glad we found MW Heating via the WorcesterBosch website!

Our boiler that we had fitted just 6 years ago, was recently condemned after years of nothing but problems! We were keen not to make the mistake again by having an inadequate boiler fitted. We decided to ask MW Heating to replace the boiler as the quote was very competitve, and the advice given was very professional and easy to understand, but also the work would be done alot quicker than the other companies had stated. Mark and Billy arrived at 8am and got to work immediately. They made sure that my carpets were covered and would not be damaged. My old boiler was removed whilst my new bolier was being fitted in a different position in the house. We were pleased how quickly the work was completed and to such a high standard! They made a good job of tidying after themselves, and Mark made us fully aware of how to use the new boiler. Came recommended from a friend - I will recommend to my friends and family! Mark and his team arrived at 8am as they said they would. When they said they would be finished in a day I didnt think they meant it! True to their word they were finished, cleaned up and had explained all about my new heating system and boiler before 5pm. I had installed 4 radiators, heated towel rail and new boiler. It was to replace my broken old warm air heating system and water storage tanks. All rubbish was removed too including old warm air unit. Thank you very much, excellent job and such a fast, friendly, efficent and hassle free service from the moment I arranged for Mark to come in and quote for the work to be done :)

we would recommend this company to anyone!!! Had a quote from Mark who was very professional. their quote beat others we got including british gas who are very very expensive!! this morning the workmen arrived to take away our old boiler and fix a new one. They arrived at 8am and were gone by half 12. they didnt stop working and took away all the mess including hoovering up!!! we havent had heating for 3 yrs so were apprehensive about going to a smaller buisness but we cant praise this company enough. We have just had a new boiler fitted by MW Heating and the experience has been quite simply: professional, uncomplicated and easy - just as it should be. Mark arrived promptly, as arranged for an initial quote. Provided us with a precise competitive but realistic quote for the work to be done (installation of a new boiler and disposal of the old boiler) and how long it would take to do. On the arranged day they arrived promptly and with no fuss fitted the new boiler and took away any rubbish created. The work was completed within the day as promised. The after sales service was terrible, none of our telephone messages either to their answerphone or to his wife where ever returned despite promises being made that they would be. There was also a verbal promise made on the day of installation that a free boiler service would be done after a years use which was denied. I feel very let down and later after going on the Worcester boiler sight I even discovered that there were several recommendations by the manufactures that hadn't been followed. I certainly wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone

There were some complications with the job but these were all solved, even at the expense of some of Mark's bank holiday weekend. MW Heating installed a new boiler for us in February 2010. Mark called to discuss our requirements and within 2 weeks it was all completed (in 1 day just as promised). The new boiler was fitted in a different location requiring additional pipework, and a new outlet through the roof. It was a bitterly cold day but Mark and partner just got on with it. Mike visited the same day i contacted him,very professional The work was quoted & accepted the same day. His team turned up on time & set to work laying protective covers the old boiler etc taken out the new boiler resited plumed in radiator changed & commisioned. All controls fully explained then all the old access holes repaired followed by a clean up and vaccume round all the old parts removed for dissposal, all the work carried out to a high standard & unlike other contractors not a tea break in sight.
