The PRS for Music Foundation has awarded £22 million to over 5,200 new music projects since 2000.
The Momentum Music Fund awards grants between £5,000 - £15,000 to help talented artists and bands further their careers.
The Fund covers a broad range of contemporary popular genres, including innovative and emerging genres.
Activities eligible for support include recording, touring and marketing.

The EMI Music Sound Foundation provides grants up to a total of £2,000 towards the purchase of musical instruments and/or equipment for individuals who are in full time education and Schools who require the equipment to fund music education. They also fund courses and training opportunities for music teachers who work within schools.
The deadline for their next round of applications is: Monday 8th February 2016
