We have been a customer of PJM since the transfer of funds from Tiverton. I will continue to use PJM for the following reasons – All dealings whether by phone, e-mail or letter receive courteous and speedy replies. - The information is always clear and precise, and can be broken down into Layman’s terms. - I never feel you as a Company are trying to rip any one off – advice is often given freely but when charges are made they are very reasonable for the level of expertise provided.
