Jo came to our house at times convenient to us and carried out a free and impartial review and financial plan for our pensions. Jo is easy to talk to and answered all our questions. Once we decided to change provider she helped us fill in all the forms and took care of the transfers. The new scheme is much better than my old one and already worth more. I recently asked Jo to look at my pension policies as they were started over 15 years ago and I wanted to know if they were on track for my retirement plans in a few years time. I was most impressed how thoroughly Jo organised the pile of old statements, scraps of paper and old policy numbers into a usable filing system. She checked my existing policies for their performance and suitability and to my utter amazement advised me they were suitable and were good to keep. During 2 home visits, Jo was very professional and honest in her review of our investments. She took time to understand our circumstances, identify possible future needs and both my wife and I were impressed by her professional manner. We both felt very comfortable discussing difficult issues and it helped us understand many of the complications that happen if we don't take control of our finances. Jo made a second visit having compiled a detailed investment portfolio for us, and we discussed the option with her. She explained that certain investments were worth staying with and others we should consider moving, which we did.
