After the closure of the Odeon in 2005 Barnsley was without a cinema until 2007 when two local business men Rob Younger and Gerald Parkes joined forces and opened the Parkway Cinema, Barnsley, which boasts 2 screens.
Showing all the latest releases, the cinema places a stong emphasis on family entertainment.
Parkway Cinema is located on Eldon Street close to the bus station and long stay car park. An ideal location as after 6pm parking is FREE
