All our English food is prepared daily by Anita Bradley, owner of Beatson House Restaurant in Barnsley and our Head Chef, Lee Haigh. With an emphasis on delicious English food prepared with locally sourced ingredients, our chefs are classically trained and Lee Haigh is also trained to Cordon Vert standard by the Vegetarian Society.
