You are never too young to learn to dance

Most toddlers love to dance and perform to music. Dance is a fantastic activity for everyone, it helps with co-ordination, stamina and fitness and whats more it's great fun. Dance helps to improve motor skills and develop musicality.

It is never too early to start learning to dance, as soon as a child can walk they can enjoy running around to music and socialising with other toddlers, children and adults.

From 22 January 2010 Parent and toddler dance sessions are available at Mapplewell and Staincross Village Hall with Kim Frost School of Dance. You can learn how to dance like Iggle Piggle and Upsy Daisy in The Night Garden! Its sure to be 40 minutes of fun to music and will keep adults and toddlers happy and healthy.
