Personal service and attention to detail. Friendly not intimidating or judgemental. Genuine interest in the person and their lifestyle to enable a good match of hairstyle, level of maintenance and realistic expectations. Really nice people, really customer focussed. Nothing is too much trouble. Dont just see the customer as a money based transaction. Great at building relationships. I've been going there for 15 years and my look is always evolving and changing {under the subtle guidance of Bev} in an age appropriate manner. I cant speak highly enough of the whole team and experience.
