I recently sent two parcels via P4D, and the price was excellent. In particular one of them was around 25kg, and I still only paid around £11 for next day delivery.

I had a query, and the phone/email response from P4D was quick and helpful. I feel they really do care about customer satisfaction.

The courier was Citylink, and they too were good. Delivery was the day after collection as promised, and the tracking website is clear and detailed.

Will definitely use P4D/Citylink for future deliveries

"Ireland today, Calgary tomorrow!"

I'm absolutely amazed at the speed at which two 17kg parcels were delivered by P4D from my home in Ireland to Calgary, Canada. At a price which considerably beat the competitors too!

It was collected at noon on Tuesday in Dublin and on Wednesday I got an email from Canada saying that the parcels had arrived in perfect condition. I've worked in the Post Office for 37 years so was extremely impressed to see the almost unbelievable efficiency and helpfulness of P4D. I still can't work out how they did it!

I'm writing to say a big thank you to one of the members of staff 'Lisa' & for your general service provided. On (2/12/11) , I was having problems with my delivery (Bed)ordered through Amazon & to be delivered by City Link. All morning I felt like I was being passed from pillar to post, and to be honest... it was like talking to a pickled egg!...However with just one phone call to this company,and a wonderful woman named Lisa was able to resolve my problem within 5 minutes. I found Lisa to be friendly, polite and very professional, and I believe she is a credit to this company. I am truely grateful for Lisa's help, and will be recommending this service to others.

I recently had to make a claim via P4D because City Link smashed a parcel that I was sending. Rather than fob me off, P4D settled my claim quickly, efficiently and with real 'customer comes first' care. The friendliness of the staff via emails and the speed with which the matter was dealt with was very impressive and makes this company stand out from the rest. I regularly use couriers to deliver confidential documents and have recently switched from my previous service provider to P4D as they provide the most cost effective service in the area offering excellent rates. The service is also very efficient in collecting and delivering the parcel and the delivery details can be monitored online for reassurance and confirmation of delivery. I found out about P4D through ebay discussion boards, alot of people are very happy with their service so I thought yeah why not give them a try and join those happy people. So I did try and a year later they are still the best. Great for sending large parcels, they are even better when sending multiple large parcels outside the UK.

Excellent service and great value for money. Cant really go wrong with them.

I used P4D to send a parcel abroad as they were the cheapest delivery company available. Otherwise i wouldn't leave this feedback if it wasn't true. everyone else including royalmail was charging nearly double and when you want to sell abroad how much you get for your item also depends on how much postage you have to charge

Nothing has been too much trouble for them, from expaining basic procedures to chasing up international parcels & resolving problems on my behalf.
Even when we had adverse weater conditions just before Xmas, emails were always answered in a timely fashion and information regarding any delayed shipping was given. The option of cancellation was also given with a prompt refund.
I have tried other firms but this is my favourite.
And I hasten to add that the 5% discount given is much appreciated.

best carriers ever, you book them, they turn up within 24 hours and nearly always deliver next day, also cheaper and safer than royal mail. Absolutely no fuss or effort involved. Any problems they call you back almost instantly.

Initially I found P4D based purely on price and loved the way they worked as a 'Confused.com' of postal options on a single site. However I've now realised they also offer great customer service and support, including the ability to cope smoothly in those odd situations where things go pear-shaped.

As far as I'm concerned they are my go-to solution for sending anything anywhere if it weighs more that the 2kg maximum for a Post Office package.

We are a small mail order company selling worldwide and the best thing about P4D is that they DO something when a parcel goes astray.If you have ever tried to get through to any of the BIG couriers it drivesyou to distraction! Not so the Banbury lot - the girls are charming and the IT sorted quickly.
