I have been using JayBee motors now for nearly 20 years, and despite the fact that it is a 25 mile drive each way, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are always polite, friendly, honest and reasonably priced. They always seem to go out of their way to look after me, and although I don't know much about cars, I really appreciate the way that they explain things without being patronising. Even though my latest car is now seven years old, I don't think I could service it cheaper locally, as I get a discount card. I wholeheartedly recommend them no matter what car you own.

I drive down to Banbury to have jaybee service my car, passing another dealer on the way.

you can't beat them for friendliness, and they are very good value considering they are also a main dealer. I even get them to do my tyres now, having seen that not only were they competitive, but cheaper than a certain high street chain, by some margin.

They are always polite and friendly, even though I origially purchased my car elsewhere, I wouldn't go anywhere else now

Whether it be services, repair work or maintenance they have always been professional and courteous. Even though they are a main dealer, their prices have always been competitive. I am confident that a high standard of work is done, only work which is actually needed is actually carried out and at a reasonable price. The customer service is fantatstic! I don't worry anymore that I'm being taken for a ride. Instead, I feel valued as a customer and that my car is properly being looked after. You can't beat that for peace of mind!

I'd bought my Renault Scenic from another Renault dealer, but Jaybee's is more conveniently located for me to use. I'm so pleased they are...they have come to my rescue on a couple of occasions when simple and more complicated work has been needed.
