FRIENDLY, RELAXED BUT TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A STAR. HOT STONES AND ARM MASSAGE WHILE HAVING A WASH CUT AND BLOW DRY IS JUST BLISS.
They always offer such a great service, the staff always make me feel welcome and are very friendly, its a pleasure to go get my hair cut there!
From when you walk in the door they make you feel very special and its an absolute delight to go there to have your hair done. The whole experience is wonderful and I always leave the salon feeling great, today was extra special as they were so understanding and caring as it was my first visit since my husband passed away last week and they could not have been nicer. Personal service and attention to detail. Friendly not intimidating or judgemental. Genuine interest in the person and their lifestyle to enable a good match of hairstyle, level of maintenance and realistic expectations. Really nice people, really customer focussed. Nothing is too much trouble. Dont just see the customer as a money based transaction. Great at building relationships. I've been going there for 15 years and my look is always evolving and changing {under the subtle guidance of Bev} in an age appropriate manner. I cant speak highly enough of the whole team and experience.
A visit to Ekko is the best lift ever, I so look forward to my appointments with Beverley and know however I feel when I arrive, I'll feel fantastic when I leave. It's the whole package, not only a great cut and colour but also the friendly & attentive staff, great atmosphere, treats like hand & arm massage and choice of refreshments. Ekko goes the 'extra mile' and that's what makes it so special.
A fantastic experience from the friendliest place in town. Always great fun having my hair cut and now coloured by James who last year persuaded me to go short and I love it. Always made to feel a million dollars by the time I leave. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
