Marketing Club - Strictly Marketing
For businesses in Derbyshire and Staffordshire we run Marketing Club, now fondly being called 'Strictly Marketing'. Being a member of Marketing Club makes something happen on your business development EACH MONTH. Business owners concentrate on the marketing of their business on a regular basis, whether they handle the marketing themselves or have employed or outsourced handling day to day marketing activities. The combination of group workshops and one-to-one consultancy sessions means that Strictly Marketing participants keep their marketing on track by gaining ideas and inspiration as well as adding action and accountability.
This is how the programme works
Workshops - Every other month there is a facilitated group workshop of approx 10 people. Each workshop kicks off with a brief presentation on an area of marketing (e.g. PR, SEO, Direct Mail) and everyone chips in. Each workshop focusses on a member business that can use the session to share results, ask for feedback, do market research in the group etc. The club also draws on the knowledge and feedback of the participating business people. Listening to and discussing other people's situations provides inspiration, confidence and motivation.
One-to-one planning and support - The programme includes a quarterly one-to-one consultancy session with each participating business. The consultancy sessions support the development and implementation of the marketing plan and together we will evaluate how things are going against that plan. Motivation and accountability for taking appropriate action are both a vital part of the programme
Marketing Clinic - Members can drop us an email or ring us with queries and for feedback on matters that arise in between sessions,
Membership of Marketing Club is for one year, payable monthly.
