I initially contacted Mark at Templegate as I was concerned that my pensions may not be going to give me the returns I expected. In the first instance Mark asked me to send the pension details and then set up a meeting to suit my diary. When I visited him at his office, I was immediately impressed with the way that he described in "layman" terms both the implications and advantages of switching the pensions. All in all, a very professional and knowledgeable company and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Mark has provided excellent no-nonsense advice to me for many years. He is always available - no waiting on phones listening to music - and he will deal with solicitors and other 3rd parties on your behalf. He will not pressurise you in any way if you feel that you only wish to utilise part of his advice - or put off implementing his advice for a period of time (years in my case!) and you will not get any hassle! Geographical location is also not a problem as I have moved out of the area and still use Mark for financial advice, mortgages etc. I would highly recommend him.
