Why do people use my services/buy my goods?

 

1) 1st hand knowledge - they have used or bought from me before - I am trusted, respected, liked and "come up with goods"

2) Word of Mouth - my customers spread the word

3) I have a high profile when it comes to advertising my services/goods

4) Blanket coverage - any which way - in essence ram it down people's throats and they won't forget me!

 

What costs the most?

The blanket obviously!!

 

What costs the least?

Having loyal customers who wouldn't go anywhere else and spread the word on my behalf
