Our cakes are individually hand made on the premises.
You can choose from many different flavours and fillings, including:
- Rich fruit cake steeped in sherry and matured with brandy
- Light fruit cake, steeped in fruit juices
- Tropical fruit cake with mango, papaya and coconut,
- Madeira sponge with vanilla butter cream and jam
- Chocolate fudge cake with a choice of fillings, including chocolate fudge, or why not try our gran Marnier or rum butter creams.
- Coffee and walnut sponge with coffee butter cream
- Carrot cake, rich and moist with a vanilla butter cream
Or why not suggest your own special favourite!
NB. We also do gluten free and eggless sponges.
