Christie's is the charitable organisation that raises funds for the world famous Christie Hospital - one of the largest cancer treatment centres in Europe (Registered charity no 1049751)
Christie's provides very high quality diagnosis, treatment & care for more than 3.2 million people in the Altrincham, Cheshire & Greater Manchester region. This includes:-
- World class cancer research from the laboratory to the clinic
- Internationally renowned education in all aspects of cancer
As a charitable organisation, Christie's vision is a future without cancer & our aim is to provide more effective treatments so that patients chances of survival is greatly enhanced.
To achieve this, we need money to buy equipment, pay for the expertise that is crucial to making advances in treating cancer. Every advance we make buys someone more time.
Statistically, 1 in 3 of us are affected by cancer at some point during our lives, & as a charitable organisation Christie's needs your support.
