Everybody loves them for so many dofferent reasons, most of them things we don’t even think about consciously.

Previously I offered this service for Tree Surgery clients far and wide on the basis that if I gave my clients sufficient information to reach an informed decision, they would be more likely to choose my company to do their tree work. However, as an ethical Arborist and tree surgeon I found myself driving far beyond Knutsford and Altrincham indeed all around Cheshire and further afield only to tell the vast majority of potential clients that no work was needed on their trees.

While “no work required” is something I like to say, it makes poor business sense and that remains true however many referrals I receive from those visits. So currently, people email or post me photographs of their trees and tree related problems, which I interpret prior to offering insights and cost projections. This much more efficient method of working and allows me to determine the instances where a site visit is absolutely necessary to give an accurate diagnosis.
