Speak to those who know: You cannot be good at everything so speak to those who have a skill set which you may not, be honest about this, delegation and being proactive is the key here. It can save you huge amounts of time and money, and give you better results. My wife is a much better cook than I am (and we both know this), I like cooking but often serve up burnt offerings, eat a mouth full of it, and then end up ordering a take away, which is nice but I could not do this every day, so she cooks, see what I mean delegate.
