I have had routine treatments fom Katrina since I joined her when Ken retired. She is very thorough and friendly, and makes your feet feel good!!

I first went to Katrina in October 2008 with foot problems relating to running and marathon training. Katrina is very professional and experienced and quickly diagnosed the problem and sorted everything out. My 9 year old son was also suffering from ankle pains and Katrina has prescribed insoles for his shoes and sports shoes which has made such a difference. I have always had prompt appointments and friendly and helpful service from Katrina and her receptionist.

I took my 12 year old daughter to Katrina because she had suffered from veruccas for 5 years and I had tried all the treatments from the chemist. Although the veruccas proved to be stubborn, Katrina eventually found the right treatment and my daughter is now verruca free!

My daughter also develped an ingrown toenail which Katrina successfully treated and we have not experienced any further problems.

I would highly recommend Katrina as she is friendly, sympathetic and is determined to find the right treatment for you. My daughter actually misses her visits to The Foot Mechanic!

I found Katrina a few months ago, my GP having advised me to go to a podiatrist. I found her to be both charming and very straightforward. She confirmed my GPʼs diagnosis, told me that the problem would be relieved by putting inserts into my shoes. She fitted the inserts at a reasonable cost and after one further follow-up appointment said that I should not require further treatment.

What especially impresses me about this experience is that she might so easily have strung me along for at least a handful of further appointments so as to increase her turnover. That she didnʼt has helped to confirm my early impression that she is as honest as sheʼs competent.

A very nice discovery indeed in this day and age!

I went to Katrina with a bad back and am now virtually pain free! She explained everything thoroughly throughout each visit enabling me to understand why I had back pain. I have been left knowing what I need to do in the future, but wasnʼt encouraged to make lots of unnecessary follow up appointments. A very fair, friendly and sucessful service which I would highly recomment to anyone.
