Have just had Plumbtec ( Andy ) replace our electrical shower and also our downstairs cloakroom with new toilet and basin. Very impressed with the standard of workmanship and price. Andy also took away the old fittings and packaging which we were most impressed by. Will certainly use Andy again as and when needed and have no hesitation in recommending to all as you get first class communication,commitment and a friendly cost effective service.

We had asked for a quote for something quite complex we thought we wanted but Plumbtec advised a far more simple an elegant solution that worked far better even though it meant less work and less money for them. Andy was sent to me by Sterling Bathrooms as I needed some maintenance work carrying out on the bathroom they'd installed 16 years ago. Andy was very prompt, arrived at 9.00am and was gone by 10.30am, all the work had been carried out to a very high standard using parts that fit with the bathroom. He was extremely good value too, what a joy to find a tradesman willing to carry out minor tasks.

Andy provided a fast, reliable and efficient service at a very reasonable cost which represented extremely good value for money. We were totally satisfied and will use him again and recommend him, Thanks Andy.

Called Plumbtec (Andy) due to leak through our landing ceiling. Andy arrived promptly to diagnose the problem and replaced the very old water tank and interesting piping which must have been there for quite some time! Would highly recommend Plumbtec - very reliable and friendly service.

Very good service. Andy was thoroughly professional. He came when he said he would, gave good advice and did a thorough and careful job. The tiler he arranged was equally good. I would highly recommend both of them. His quote was also professionally handled and was a very fair price for the work involved.

Andy arrived on time and was able to fit in with my work schedule. (I work quite a distance from home and my toilet decide to get blocked the day before I was due to go back to work after some annual leave.) I couldn't arrive late in work on my first day back so Andy said he would come once I got home from work in the evening. I had only been in the house two minutes before he arrived and he was finished before he had time to finish his cup of tea!

In hard times of redundancy it is great to see people like Andy of Plumtec go out and provide a good service to people like us who have lost their faith in tradesmen and their overcharging and under working.

Andy is a modest guy who turns up when he says he will, leaves no mess and makes no fuss of the work he has to do. He is also charging fair rates considering the current climate.

We had a faulty shower in our bathroom which two other plumbers had not been able to locate any spares for and the quotes for replacing the shower valve were very expensive as new tiling was involved. We had a leaflet put through our letterbox titled "Local Heroes" and called Plumbtec from it. Andy from Plumbtec turned up the next day, recognised the valve and ordered the part there and then, the part was delivered to us in two days and Andy called the following day to install it for us. Plumbtec have saved us money, and now we have a great shower again. We tell all our friends about them and would not hesitate in calling them again. Thanks Plumbtec.
