On Saturday evening my daughter enjoyed her birthday party at Aldershot Bowling. She and her friends had a fab time and I experienced the most stress free children's birthday party ever!
It was such a pleasure to be looked after by genuine smiley faced staff. Booking the party was easy, they even provided the invitations. Two young ladies Ellen and Beth (hope I got their names right) greeted us, and were on hand constantly through out the evening to make sure we all had a good time. They were patient, approachfull and really seemed to care that every detail of our evening went well. The children all got to choose what they wanted to eat and after a competitive game of bowling our food was ready and waiting – piping hot and delicious. I provided our own birthday cake, which they bought out (kindly providing the appropriate number of candles because I forgot to buy them) for the mandatory Happy Birthday song and then sliced it up for our pudding. My daughter was presented with a photo of her group on the bowling alley and their score sheets as a souvenir.
Every member of staff delivered excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble and they all smiled – now that's a rare thing nowadays!
