This pub is so warming and friendly. There is a roaring Fire with board games in the corner for you to Help yourself. The food is comforting and delicious, using local produce. The landlord is so welcoming an interested in making a genuine Conversation. Its a home from home.
we stayed at the Angel in Wangford recently. We were very impressed with our room very spacious & food breakfasts & evening meals were great. Staff very friendly too. They had live music on Friday & they were good too!

They have Kopparberg, nuff siad! Plus I really like the Mega Mixed Grill (go on, try it!)

A warm welcome for old and young alike. Friday night is music night with a great mixture of local acts. Tuesday is quiz night for the brains to exercise and finally it is worth a visit to see what sparkly outfit |LouLou will be wearing!
The fun quiz was awsome and it's good to see that the Angel still has a great open fire. Can't beat it!
