The summer holidays are very nearly upon us, and that feeling of fear is creeping up on hundreds of parents – how do I keep the children amused for the next 6 weeks? Do not fear, we have a list of different activities and events to tempt you, and the most unruly of children, during July and August.

  • Abbey Meadow Outdoor Pool & Fountains

The outdoor pool and fountains have to be the top attraction in Abingdon during the school holidays.  Suitable for all ages, there is a kiosk to get ice creams and coffee.  Not only do you have the pool and water features, but the playground is next door, or Abbey Gardens is close by for those who would prefer to admire the beautiful planting.  Something for all the family.
