The salon is always welcoming and inviting. The decor is very modern and relaxing, the salon has a lovely feel about it.
All of the treatments that I have had so far, have been relaxing and completed with my comfort in mind. A small but important factor is that they are always on time, which is much appreciated.
Nicky and her team always make me feel welcome and as a new customer, we are getting to know each other and now can continue our conversations visit after visit.
I think that Nicky has achieved a huge amount in the year that the salon has been open, she has created a haven in Abingdon that I am happy to recommend to friends. Indeed I started going to Utopia on a personal recommendation, which I am pleased to say and surpassed that recommendation. I think Utopia should win the competition based on a fantastic total package!

You are always made to feel welcome and comfortable. Treatment and products are clearly explained with a wide range on offer but no pressure to buy. Salon is always spotlessly clean and is decorated beautifully. Drinks are always offered.

When I enter the shop I am always welcomed by smiling staff who are always on hand for any advice. You can tell that it prides itself on great customer service.

Run by a very friendly young woman who immediately puts you at ease. I went there for my pre-wedding pampering and although I arrived quite stressed I was soon relaxed. Fantastic gelicure nails for a special event.

I visited the salon a while ago for a facial and it was amazing! I was made to feel comfortable straight away by Nikki offering me something to drink and then taken into the treatment room where it was nice and warm with relaxing music. As i had my treatment i lay on heated water cushions and was explained what products were going to be used that suited my skin type.
The aftercare service was faultless and i was even given samples of the products used to take home with me!
It was the most relaxing treatment ive ever had-will definately be going back for more!

I visited the salon last week for some minx nails. The salon was very clean and comfortable and I was warmly welcomed by reception. I was offered a drink straight away and was then showed to the treatment room. Nikki was very professional and gave me information on how to look after my nails after the treatment. I will definitely be going back for more treatments soon and will be highly recommending this salon to my friends and family

Wow, I was just walking past when I spotted the sign outside, so thought I would pop in to get a price list. The salon is stunning. It is so modern inside and really clean. I asked if I could sit and look at the price list which I was told was no problem at all, and was immediately offered a drink...and that in itself was amazing! Proper frothy coffee with chocolate sprinkles. Wow! After browsing the list and chatting to the friendly staff (who were extremely helpful), I booked to have a facial and a manicure. When I returned for the treatments on the day I had booked, I was politely asked to fill in a consultation card while I had a drink (yes, I couldn't say no this time!) and was taken straight through once I had finished. Both treatments were brilliant, I even got to lay on some water cushions which were heated during my facial, and was given some free samples and a prescription sheet which had a diagram of my face mapping skin analysis on there. The manicure was fab too, I was offered free use of a back massager seat while I had the treatment, which I decided not to use as I like a very soft touch...but I thought that was great service. The varnish lasted really well, a good 6 days before any chipping, which is great for me. I would DEFINATELY recommend this salon...beautiful, stylish and extremely friendly. And the treatments were second to none. 5*!

My Mum and I had a pedicure each at the salon today, it was our first of many visits i'm sure. The salon is decorated very nicely, well organised and clean. Nikki provided a very professional treatment with a friendly approach. Looking at the price list there is a large variety of up to date treatments/services. Overall a very nice experience. So much so re-booked and will continue too. :)

Gorgeous salon, really lovely inside. Staff are really friendly and the treatments were amazing - I was given a voucher for a Hydrotherm Massage for Christmas. Never heard of this before but O.M.G. Fantastic. Best massage I have ever had and I will DEFINiTELY be going back!
