Inca have been my accountants ever since I set up in business nearly 6 years ago, and appointing them was easily one of the best business decisions I have ever made. Graham, Lesley and the team are not only friendly, professional and extremely good at what they do, they are also lovely people, and have always got time to explain to you the often complex intricacies of the tax system.
One of the best things about using Inca is that you can pick up the phone and talk to them, knowing that it's not going to cost you a single penny, as Graham gives you an up-front price for everything at the beginning of the year.

I get called out to alot of people that have tried DIY pestcontrol and have failed! Sometimes miserably, after admitting defeat they call out a professional. That's what we did when we asked INCA to take on our accounts, i was very surprised actually how much money i was able to save by claiming for things that i had no idea that i could.
Graham and the team are very professional, approachable, friendly and are actually able to give some sound business advice as well as put you on the right track towards your accounts.

I have no hesitation in recommending Inca Accounting. For the past 2 years they have helped me with my finances and accounting. They came in at short notice after I was let down by my old accountant.

Even though I was a lone trader and that I had explained the period of registration would only be for a short period of time, INCA showed full interest giving positive professional input and advice; regardless of the very small amount of accounting that they would manage on my behalf.
I found the company to be polite and dealt with me as a trader and not as a part time ‘passing through’ commodity.
Always willing to help and providing timely support, I have no hesitation in recommending this business to any prospective individual looking for accountancy support.

When I had my first meeting with Graham to discuss my company and personal taxation it was the first time I had had a discussion with an accountant and felt that I REALLY understood all that was being said! He took time to answer all my questions and I never felt that I was being rushed into anything. I left the meeting confident that I was putting my accounts issues into the best hands possible.

Once my accounts were complete Graham was happy to see me more than once to ensure that I knew where all the figures had come from and as an added bonus I am to receive a tax rebate that more than covers their fees!
