very freindly and efficient service from the start. they were happy to price for a works xmas party and were able to adapt the pricing to ensure all the employees were dropped off indiviually on the return journey( safety is always an issue and this gave us peace of mind )
they didn't ask for a deposit, but sent through confirmation of bookings and gave us drivers names and mobile numbers for the evening.
they followed after the occasion with courtesy calls, and we will definately be using them again for our work functions.

Having it held in the middle of Oxford at Lincoln College, I was unsure how many people would use their own transport to go from the college to the committal at the Crematorium, and how many would rely on public transport. I wanted to write to thank you for the wonderful service you provided in taking our group of friends to Royal Ascot. From the moment we started discussing the trip, we were impressed with your flexibility and professional approach, nothing was too much trouble. On the day you arrived on time (even though the ladies weren't ready), organised everything to be loaded and had planned your route thoroughly. Throughout the journey you were knowledgable, extremely tolerant as we all sat drinking but above all warm and friendly.

The same was true of our journey back, having looked after us excellently all day. In spite of the fact that we didn't get back until late in the evening, you still had a smile on your face - in fact you had "a smile from ear to there" and back again.

I would be delighted to use you and your services again and to recommend you to other friends and business associates planning days out as we had a wonderful time.
