Davis Tate did a fantastic job in selling our property in Frilford Heath. Being a unique 2 bedroom penthouse in the country it did not make for standard marketing and the strategy that Stewart came up with was bespoke, imaginitive and most importantly successful! Stewart Simpson at Davis Tate is possibly the hardest working Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. We were struggling to find the right property - not only did the house and garden have to be right, we actually needed to move in quickly. Stewart managed a good balance of helping us as buyers without compromising his responsibility to his vendors (who after all are paying his fee). Once we had agreed a purchase, he drove the sale through, with agreement to completion in 5 weeks (and I think he would have managed quicker but even he can't speed up a bank).

I should also add that during our search, I found the Davis Tate house details to be straightforward and accurate, and his advice to vendors on value and pricing seems more realistic in this market than other agents.
