I had to pop out while your engineer was working on the dish for my garage conversion. I was comfortable letting your engineer complete the work on the roof while I was out and you even kindly agreed to invoice me later rather than waiting and expecting payment then and there. Very pleased.
I would just like to let you know that I was very happy with the work your engineer performed when he took down my redundant television aerial last month. He was very efficient in his work,let me know exactly what he was doing when asked and took away both the aerial and 20 foot pole it was attached to. After a quick chat he was most happy to cut a piece off for me and take the rest. I was most impressed with the way you kept me informed on what was involved. Many thanks to the engineer who contacted me well beforehand so that we both arrived at my home together thus saving time away from my allotment. Your system would be perfect for people who are working in the area and do not want to take too much time off. Can you also thank him for filling in the holes left in the wall by the fixing bolts. Once again, thank you for an excellent service both by yourselves and your engineer.
Just a note to say that the problem was expertly solved by your engineer Dawain, by skewing the LNB for optimum signal quality. As I told him, the signal strength as shown empirically on the TV is better than it was before! Thanks very much - and an especial thank you from my wife who I know will be looking forward to watching French TV again (as was I!).
