Millets Farm Centre near Abingdon are running a series of food preparation and cookery masterclasses, or 'Farm Shop Foodie' events starting on 19th May. Their resident experts will be sharing their knowledge and passion for food in a variety of areas:
1. Butchery Evening - Butchery Manager Alan will reveal how to tackle a side of pork and a lamb carcass.
2. Fish Masterclass - Dave Pizzey will show you how to prepare, cook and present a variety of fish.
3. Millets Home Grown Tour - Millets fruit and vegetable managers will lead a tour behind the scenes of the processes that take the food from seed to shop.
4. Bread, Cheese and Wine - learn how to make bread and cheese and sample some fine wine.
