His famous Ham comes from all his own animals that are reared on a Farm in the Aeron valley, this Ham is cured at the processing Unit and then cooked at his shop in Chalybeate Street in Aberystwyth.
Rob's produce has seen many local businesses using his produce to include local schools, Bronglais Hospital and the National Library. He even supplies to a top restaurant in London, where a local chef as gone to work but requested the finest of meats from Rob.
